General Rules and Regulations
While all of us eagerly await to be a part of SMUN Powai 2022, here’s a list of general rules and regulations which are to be followed:

Day 1
Reporting time - 8:10 a.m.
Dispersal - 4:30 p.m.
Day 2
Reporting time - 8:45 a.m.
Dispersal - 4:00 p.m.

Delegates must be punctual on both days.

Any technical issue in joining the conference must be communicated via email to the chairperson of the respective committee, or you can send a WhatsApp message on the respective committee group.

The video of all delegates must be kept on at all times except if the EB says otherwise.

The delegates must unmute and speak only when required to do so. At all other times, the microphone must be kept on mute.

Use of inappropriate language and disrespect towards co-delegates or press members will not be tolerated.

All the delegates must adhere to the following dress code on both the days:

Males:
Male delegates must wear suits and ties. Jeans are not allowed.
Subdued colours are not a requirement, however, particularly loud or flashy colours are not in order.
Blazers and suit jackets must be on during formal debate and buttons must be closed when a delegate takes the floor to speak.

​Females:
Female delegates must only wear suit trousers, a shirt and a blazer. Jeans are not allowed.
Skirts and dresses are not allowed.
Subdued colours are not a requirement, however, particularly loud or flashy colours are not in order.
Shirts or blouses should have appropriate prints and necklines. Sleeveless tops are not allowed.
A neat hairdo is a must.
